Challenge yourself to try and workout once a day

Working out in these times may seem impossible within these times while the gyms are closed and we are stuck inside. There are so many easy ways to stay in shape while staying at home during these times though.

YouTube has been a great source for getting at home workout plans. Just search at-home workout and many options will pop up. Bodybuilders, trainers, and people who just work out on a daily have really made it easy to stay in shape by videoing themselves doing their at-home workouts.

Instagram has many different accounts that you are able to follow to get a great idea of what to do from arm to leg workouts.

Working out gives you the ability to stay energized and keep you motivated. Whether you’re just starting, or you’re an expert, working out is a great way to release energy and we all know in this time we need something to do.

Challenge yourself to work out at least once a day even if it’s doing something small like three sets of sit-ups. You can even challenge your friends to work out with you over video chat.

In these times you can make yourself feel better without having to even leave your house with at-home workouts
