
The Madison College men’s basketball, women’s basketball and volleyball programs are planning youth camps for June and July.
Each camp will be run by the coaches and players from the respective WolfPack teams. For more information about these camps or to register, visit the athletic department website or call (608) 245-2100.
Volleyball
The volleyball team will offer a variety of options for individual and team skill development during their camp from June 15 through June 18.
Those include:
- Individual all-skills and 6-on-6 camps for grades 8-12 and grades 6-8.
- MiniWolfPackskills camp for grades 1-6 on June 17.
- Setting camp for grades 6-12 on June 17.
- Serving camp for grades 6-12 on June 17 and June 18.
- Passing camp for grades 6-12 on June 18.
- Attacking camp for grades 6-12 on June 18.
The cost varies depending on which campus the participants choose to attend.
Women’s basketball
The women’s basketball kids camp will be held June 24 through June 26, from 9 a.m. to noon each day. It is open to children entering grades 4 through 8. Players will participate within their own age group.
The camp will cover all aspects of basketball fundamentals and will focus on the skill development of each player. It is open to both girls and boys.
Registration costs for the women’s basketball kids camp are $100.
Men’s basketball
Madison College is hosting its boys’ basketball camp on July 7 through July 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each day. The camp will provide an excellent environment for youngsters to learn basketball skills and techniques, focusing on the skill development of each player.
The camp is open to boys entering grade 4 through grade 8. Players will participate within their own age groups throughout the camp.
Registration is $70 for one child, $65 per child for multiple immediate family members.
