Graduates can now pick up their cap and gown for the December graduation ceremony from the Student Life Office or request delivery to a regional campus. Before receiving your cap and gown, you will need to pay the Graduation Fee through the Madison College Bookstore website.  

After you pay the fee, you will be emailed the Graduation Registration Form to complete. If you want to pick up your items at Truax or Goodman South, simply come to the Student Life office to pick up your cap and gown during regular business hours: 

• Student Life at Truax is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Student Life at Goodman South is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  To request delivery at a regional campus, complete the registration form and mark that you want it delivered to one of the regional campuses. This must be completed by Monday, Dec. 8, in order to be delivered in time for the ceremony.

  If you live more than 30 miles from any Madison College campus, items can be mailed to you. Complete the registration form and mark that you want it to be mailed to you. This must be completed by Monday, Dec. 8 in order to be delivered in time for the ceremony.
