Volleyball
The Madison College volleyball team beat both Bryant & Stratton College and Milwaukee Area Technical College to reach the Midwest District 4B Championship, where they were swept by Rock Valley College. It was the first time in six years the WolfPack had reached the Region 4 Finals.
Rock Valley won the match, 25-20, 25-19, 25-14. The two teams had split earlier this season, with the WolfPack winning the first match and the Golden Eagles taking the second match.
The WolfPack ended the season 23-10. Following the match, middle blocker Courtney Gorum and outside hitter Addyson McHugh were selected to the Region 4 Midwest District B All-Tournament Team.
In addition, libero Kendall Weisensel added an ace in the championship match to finish the year with a school record 147 aces. Setter Daryn Schaefer pushed her career total in assists to 1,781 to finish second in program history.

Women’s Soccer
The Madison College women’s soccer team’s bid for a fifth regional crown in seven years was cut short by a 1-0 loss to Morton College in the regional quarterfinal at home on Oct. 29. Morton College scored 26 minutes into the match and held off the WolfPack the rest of the way.
Madison College managed only three shots all match, while goalie Morgan Thompson kept her team’s hopes alive by making nine saves. Thompson finished her career second on the school’s all-time saves list with 182 career saves.
The WolfPack finished the season with an 8-4-3 record, their third-straight season with eight or more wins.

Men’s Soccer
Despite wrapping up its season with a 2-1 victory over College of DuPage that pushed their record to 6-5-4, the Madison College men’s soccer team did not qualify for the regional tournament field.
The team finished the season strong, winning three of its final four matches. In the match against the College of DuPage, Gabe Voung scored a first-half goal to push his career total to 35 and Jamie Le Comte added a second-half goal.
