Madison College Public Safety

Officer Lucas Adler

Public Safety Officers respond to many calls for service and we communicate our activities to the college community. Here are some of the notable incidents from the past couple weeks.

On March 4, Public Safety received a report of items stolen from the Fitness Center locker room. There have been several thefts reported from this area during the past year. When using the locker rooms on campus, make sure to use a lock and don’t bring valuable items with you.

On March 11, Public Safety Officers responded to a report of a disruptive individual that was located in the parking lot. Public Safety Officers and Madison Police made contact with the individual in the parking lot, and the individual was eventually placed under arrest by Madison Police for trespassing.

On March 18, while on patrol, a Public Safety Officer came across an individual who is a known trespasser on campus. The officer made contact with the individual and the person was issued a warning for trespassing. The individual was then escorted off campus.
