The International Socialist Organization held a Rally Against Sexual Assault for Women’s Liberation on UW-Madison’s Bascom Hill on Wednesday, Nov. 9, to help educate people about the problems caused by sexual violence. The group reminded attendees that sexual assault is more frequent than most people realize.

According to a campus survey, nearly 1 in 4 female undergads at the university have been victims of  some form of sexual assault since entering college.
