CS50’s Understanding Technology Harvard University 

Harvard University’s course ‘Understanding Technology,’ which is offered through the online learning platform, edX, is perfect for people who want to learn more about technology but aren’t sure where to start. The course is made for everyday tech users who are interested in developing a better understanding of tech and how to fix issues once they arise. The course covers hardware, the internet, multimedia, security, programming, and web development through easy-to-follow lectures. The course is intended to give you the skills you will need for today’s tech world and prepare you for upcoming trends.

Introduction to Internet of Things – Standford University 

IoT or “Internet of Things” is a concept that is taking the world by storm, not just the tech industry. Connecting everyday objects to the internet allows them to communicate with each other, from wearable fitness trackers to smart thermostats and even smart fridges. As IoT technology continues to improve, so does its commonality. But what are the building blocks of IoT? And what is driving this surge of interest? This short course, taught by six Stanford professors, gives a quick look at important tech areas for both pros and beginners in the IoT field. This course will motivate you to discover new ways AI can be used to start solving current and future problems.
