When her high school AVID teacher told her about the Clarion Radio station at Madison College, Paola Ramos Ramirez initially thought the technology would be too difficult for her to learn. Fortunately, she didn’t hesitate and joined the radio station during the first few weeks of the school year. Soon enough, she found herself recording several episodes.
At the end of last school year, Ramos Ramirez was offered the Radio Manager position. She not only enjoys producing podcasts but also appreciates the chance to learn communication skills and take on leadership roles.
