Six teams of four artists will transform scrap metal into works of art inspired by the theme of health care at the Madison College Fort Atkinson Campus Metal Mania event on Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition, the event will feature a job fair spotlighting academic programs and careers in the skilled trades and healthcare.
New this year
All sculptures will be up for bidding in a silent auction, with proceeds to benefit students in the metal fabrication and welding programs at Madison College – Fort Atkinson.
