Public Safety Officers respond to many calls for service and we communicate our activities to the college community. Here are some of the notable incidents from the past couple weeks.
On March 18, while on patrol, a Public Safety officer came upon an individual at the Downtown campus who was trespassing. The individual was identified, escorted off campus and issued a warning.
On April 1, A Public Safety officer came upon a broken down vehicle on Wright Street. The Officer activated their squad emergency lights and directed traffic until Madison Police could take over and assist the motorist.
On April 2, Public Safety was notified of an individual who had collapsed. Public Safety responded and rendered aid to the individual until Madison Fire and EMS arrived. Care was then transferred to Madison EMS.
