
Madison College is the host site of the NJCAA Region 4 Fall Division II Championships for the third consecutive year. The Madison College Athletics Department will welcome 12 schools to compete in eight contests over the weekend of Nov. 8-9, with hopes of securing one of three championships on the line, as well as an automatic berth in a national tournament.
The NJCAA Region 4 Division II Men’s & Women’s Soccer Tournament Championships will be held at Irwin A. & Robert D. Goodman Pitch-East on Saturday, Nov. 8. The women’s title match will be conducted at noon, followed by the men’s championship at approximately 3:00 p.m. Although the Madison College women’s soccer team was eliminated from the tournament on Nov. 1, the WolfPack men’s soccer team has reached the semifinals.
The NJCAA Region 4 Division II District A & B Women’s Volleyball Tournament comes to H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium on Nov. 8-9. Semifinal matches begin on Nov. 8 at 11 a.m., and are followed by matches scheduled for 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. The winners will return on November 9 for championship matches at approximately noon and 2:30 p.m.
The WolfPack men’s soccer (15-0-1) team will enter the postseason as the #1 seed in the Region 4 Tournament after an unbeaten regular season and #12 ranking nationally.
The Madison College women’s volleyball (29-4) team is currently ranked #11 in the nation and riding a 13-match win. A top seed in the Region 4 Tournament, the WolfPack will host a quarterfinal match on Nov. 5.
